Effective bylaws provide an organization with a solid foundation rooted in its history. They help monitor current performance and equip and organization to tackle the challenges necessary for long-term sustainability. In 2024, NAGC’s Board of Directors revised its bylaws to enhance efficiency and strengthen and modernize the organization.
